Each conference offers six Professional Learning CPD hours, with dynamic speakers, and valuable networking opportunities. 

All conferences kick off at 8:30AM with a coffee and snack, followed by engaging sessions until 5:00PM. Wind down the day with a drink and nibbles if you can stick around.

Where and when are the Regional Conferences 2025 held? 
Auckland - 09 August - Naumi Auckland Airport Hotel 

Palmerston North - 16 August - Orlando Country Club

Christchurch - 23 August - Hagley Pavilion 

Do you cater for special diets? 
Each venue caters for special dietary requirements. Please ensure when you register that you note your requirements in the special dietary requirements section, if severe, please include that information. 

Do I need to book my own accommodation? 
If you are staying overnight, yes, all accommodation requirements are to be booked by the delegates themselves. 

What is the dress code for the conference? 
Comfortable but smart.

What is included in the full registration fee? 
Attendance to all sessions at that location, catering during the day and at the networking after the conference. 

 

How do I pay for my registration fee? 
You can pay by credit card (MasterCard or Visa). ​

Can registrations be cancelled or transferred? 
Should you need to cancel your registration for any reason, you may reassign your registration to another person. If you are unable to arrange a replacement, a full refund less an administration charge of $50.00 excluding GST will be made providing notification is received no less than seven days before the event. After this date refunds will be at the discretion of PodiatryNZ. 

Is a group discount available?
No discounts apply. 

 

Will there be a post-conference dinner?

No, there won't be a post-conference dinner, however there will be a short drinks and nibbles at the close of the conference. 

Can I register in person at the conference?
No, you need to register early to receive valuable conference information, and it allows us to account for accurate numbers in catering etc.

How will I know I’m registered? 
You will receive an email (to the email address you provided) saying you are registered and will include a ticket to the event for the conference location you have registered for. 

How do I get a tax receipt? 
Once registered, you will be emailed a confirmation and ticket, that will also have your tax receipt attached for your records.
